SHIPPING METHODS:
GERMANY 4,50€ 1-2 working days (DHL) Insured shipping with tracking number

EU AUSTRIA 7,50€ 1-3 working days (DHL) Insured shipping with tracking number

EU STATES 7,50€ 2-5 working days Insured shipping with tracking number

NON-EU STATES 13,00€ 5-10 working days Insured shipping with tracking number


CUSTOMS DUTIES:

When shipping to countries outside the EU, the customer bears any customs duties and any export and import fees that may arise.

DELIVERY:

All items available in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If not all items are in stock and accordingly marked “not currently available” in the ordering process, delivery times of up to four weeks can be expected.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Please make absolutely sure that you receive an undamaged package from the deliverer. If necessary, open it in the presence of the deliverer. Please do not accept a torn or obviously opened shipment, otherwise you have tacitly confirmed receipt in perfect condition. If in doubt, take a picture of the consignment as it is handed over, and please write down the name of the deliverer.

Return Policy

COMPLAINT / RETURNS

Claim:

You have reason to complain? Please contact us here on Bandcamp.
Tell us your order number, the reason for the complaint and your contact details. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Returns and Postage of the return:

Shipments that are not prepaid will not be accepted.

You will bear the regular costs of the return, unless we have sent you the wrong or defective goods. In this case we will send you a prepaid DHL return address label by email.

Please enclose the invoice that you received with the delivery with your return.
The processing of your return and the repayment can take several days. Thank you for your understanding.

You will receive the return address by email.


Refund:

A refund can only be made if we have received the goods back in perfect condition within 14 days and the goods have been returned in good time. We will refund the same way we received the payment.
